Bread

Working from home today – a welcome relief that brings two perks. Number one is I can put a loaf of bread to bake in the morning just in time for lunch – gorgeous! Number two is it cuts down on four hours of commuting, saves plenty of money in diesel costs and a kilo or two of CO2.

If I’m honest, the latter was the bigger highlight, but I can’t really photograph an absence of a car drive, so here’s the bread.
