About this photo blog
So what’s different about this photo blog then? Probably nothing. Here are a few things that it will not be …
- A showcase of my amazing or aspiring photographic skills. I’m no photographer and chances are that most will just come from a camera phone or fairly old point and click digital camera
- A chronicle of a hugely successful life – I am recently separated after fifteen years and my future is uncertain: questions remain unanswered such as where will I live, what challenges are ahead, where will 2010 take me?
- A photo album of kids, family or pets. See above!
So as I write this on January 1st 2010 I don’t know what this will entail, only to say that I plan to take and publish exactly one photo each day. Some will be scenic, some interesting up to a point, and some may well be banal. Come February the blog may be blossoming or struggling, but I hope it will represent an interesting journey – for me and anyone who cares to follow this.
365 is a lot of photos – any ideas or suggestions for future days, please comment or get in touch!

awesome Neil! I saw a similar photo a day group just recently and contemplated doing the same- my camera skills need some fine tuning haha…thanks for the reminder and inspiring me

Thanks Justine! I don’t think camera skills have anything to do with it, probably most will be just waving my phone at something and pressing click.
It should be fun though – maybe it will be a story interesting journey through a year, maybe just 365 random photos, we’ll see!
